Buy better ones if you use them to connect items that are claimed or use them outdoors in an area of the country that gets very cold in winter. (I don't think they have a 175 pound tensile strength). They break - and within a short time. . I don't just mean small skinny ones. This also happens with larger ones. They might be fine for tasks like keeping electrical cords tidy or tying multiple items together, but I prefer using the same zip ties for everything, and these mini shoelaces for some tasks (as long as the metal ends are strong enough not to buckle under a load bend). .
