* **WARNING**** POORLY MADE**** After just a few weeks of wearing this junk, the plastic parts have frayed through the stitching. We tried gluing and gluing with tape but to no avail. When asked to return it I was told "PLEASE BUY ANOTHER BRACKET, IT MUST BE TIME TO REPLACE THEM NOW." Really? We bought it on July 19, 2019 and it broke in August. I suspect this company considers it normal for the braces to be defective and that we should keep buying new ones. Stay away from this junk product and offensive customer service excuse. If I could leave NEGATIVE STARS I would because I deserve it.
