I am so disappointed. I received the toy 2 days ago. When I opened it I thought it was so cute and exactly what I wanted. However, it does not contain batteries. I haven't seen anywhere that says batteries are not included. I tried opening the battery compartment and it looks like the screw broke. I have several different screwdriver bits but none of them will work. Such a shame. I think the hassle of sending it back over the price of the toy? Draw? I'll correct my rating a bit. I finally removed the screw from the battery cover and am happy to report that it met my expectations. The sounds and music it makes are as cute as the toy itself. Too bad getting the screw out was such a problem. I pulled it out with a Philips head, but it can't be pointed or blunt. It's between. Hope that helps. If you know it may not come with batteries and you may have trouble removing the screw from the battery cover and you are ok with that, buy one. This is a cute toy.
