Good hair gel, bad packaging
The hair gel works well and holds even the most unruly and thick hair. My only criticism was the packaging. When the gel arrived the lid was shattered and there was gel in my box causing other items in the box to become sticky. This doesn't usually happen with my purchases here, although this is the first time I've purchased a 13.1 ounce bottle of gel. I'm not sure if this is a consistent issue with items with the same cap so I'm not sure I would buy this hair gel again.
