I have this in dark green. The color is not quite the same as in the photo but close enough. Looks and feels cheap. It fits my iPad fairly well, but the case does NOT work as an iPad stand (you need to hold it or place it on a flat surface). The case is not magnetized so it simply slides open instead of cradling the iPad like other cases. Actually, it's only half cute. I haven't tried it with a pencil yet. I probably won't keep it.
