Review on BaBylissPRO Titanium Prima3000 Ionic Straightener by James Notti

Very disappointed with this product. I should have listened to the reviews. The plates didn't line up at all, just the ends of the plates touching so my hair didn't get caught in the flat iron and my hair kept getting caught at the end. The delivered glove does not match the description at all. This is not a full glove with BaByliss, but a cheap felt part glove with a thumb and two fingers. The iron is easy to turn on and you can easily change the temperature, but to turn it off I had to hold the button down for a few seconds. I don't know if that's how it's supposed to work, but it's weird considering the hoe is easy to turn on and the other buttons work. For the reasons stated, I highly doubt that this is a genuine item and I have already arranged for a return. *In the pictures you can clearly see the gap in the panels even after I applied a decent amount of pressure to close them. You can also see a closeup of the end where it's rough and my hair keeps getting tangled. This imitation glove is a complete joke.
