I had to return this monitor and was afraid I wouldn't get a full refund. I was wrong. They couldn't have been nicer, more polite and quicker to act. I was promptly refunded the full price. I am very happy. My apologies for jumping to conclusions and assuming a bad outcome. I have changed my rating to 5 stars.
