Revain's return window ended after 1 month. Now, after only 4 months of use, the handle collapses without warning when she tries to use it for vertical support when getting out of bed. The height of the grip pad is adjusted with the help of inferior plastic and rubber collets, which crumbled (photo) and became unusable after just 4 months of use. I would like Revain or Stander to help us get a refund. UPDATE, UPDATE. Stander provided me with new replacement parts free of charge in February 2020. Hope this solves the problem. They were very polite and understanding and tried to rectify the situation.
