Review on πŸ‘Ά Bogs Baby Waterproof Insulated Toddler Boys' Shoes for Boots: Reliable Protection and Comfort by Jerry Delic

Not waterproof. Good for snow as long as it's not wet or muddy.

These boots are NOT waterproof or waterproof. My son has already worn them about 3 times otherwise I would have sent them back. I don't usually write reviews but I'm sharing my experience so no one can believe these boots are waterproof. We've been using them in the snow in about 20 degrees last month and his feet were mostly dry - his toes were a bit wet but I attributed it to sweaty, active feet. However, yesterday in the rain I quickly learned the truth about these boots. When my son was digging in the mud in the park (with rain pants pulled over the ankles of his boots, mind you), the water actually seemed to seep into the boot like a sponge. I had no idea this was happening while we were out, but when we got home it was clear that his socks were absolutely WET. We were lucky that it was a warm winter day, otherwise it could have been a very dangerous situation for my son and his toes. If you only run in drizzle or non-wet/slushy snow that's probably fine, but if your child loves jumping in puddles or playing in the mud and being active, DO NOT BUY THESE BOOTS.
