I received this product for Christmas and the company did not allow me to return it because it was bought too early. Many companies have a Covid driver to help with returns! When I tried to use it I read the box and followed the directions to clean the lens and use the cleaner as directed. The pads scratched the first lens so badly that I had to replace the lens I paid over $500 for a pair of glasses. I would rate this cleaner a zero if I could. DO NOT BUY!
