Wrong mounting screw (see pic)

This is the second of these mounts I've ordered but this second one came with a socket head screw that had a scrap metal protrusion in the center so you can't even insert one allen wrench into the screw to install the phone mount. So without the ability to screw in the screw, this mount is basically useless. Bad quality control.
