I started waxing myself two years ago and bought this product. I have attached photos of the device (and my futile attempts to avoid waxing everywhere) and there have been absolutely no problems with the device. I rarely increase the temperature past a few clicks of medium temperature as it takes a long time for the wax to cool when it's very hot. At "slightly above average" temperatures, it takes about two hours for a can of Gigi wax to warm to a perfectly melted, but not scorching, temperature. When I want to epilate I just turn it on when I wake up, have a few cups of coffee, watch TV, shower and by then it's done.
