This product is good, but it takes a lot of effort to understand. The buttons control too many things and when you try to go back they change the song or when you try to turn down the volume they just scroll through the songs. (I found that you have to hold down the volume button on the home screen to turn it off.) So yes, I recommend buying for a child or teen if they don't have a phone, but definitely be ready with that to work it to find out. Outside.
