Fabric quality is nice, but the holes for the seat belt are too small I was able to get the waist straps through with slight difficulty, but I can not at all get the actual buckle through without cutting the hole wider in which might cause for easy tearing. Really considering returning item and trying a different cover from a different seller. Safety is a number one priority when it comes to my children and without being able to use the seat belt with the cover the cover is useless to me.
