Let's start on the good side of this product, it comes in a nice case and each holds plenty of liquid. You look beautiful to the soul. And now to reality: I would have returned this product if I had not already filled all three bottles with the stated contents. When I first started using it, two out of three would not pump out the shampoo/conditioner. It took a concerted effort to drain the fluids and remove the pumping mechanism straw that had fallen off the external pump. Note: pump assembly; the inner and outer parts were intact when I filled the reservoirs and replaced the pump as a whole. Let's see - next shower - if all my efforts solved the problem.
