I like that it's an easy to use, intuitive program for employees looking forward towards their schedule! It also provides managers with clear directions about who is doing what at any given time during business hours - which makes my job easier AND more efficient as well!! We have been able to track tasks by department/project very easily because of this feature.

If you're not comfortable using computer technology or familiar with computers in general then there could be some confusion when trying new features (but they do offer online training). This software has greatly improved our workflow through tracking jobs done via project numbers instead of manual inputting times into Excel spreadsheets.
