I like how easy it was to set up our first two users (our Customer Success Manager & Senior Product Specialist).
The ability to have multiple people in one room at once really helped us get through some tricky issues quickly! It's been great having the option between watching them work from home vs being there together as well - we've used both options successfully so far. There isn't anything i dislike about this tool yet other than perhaps needing more integrations/tools within Slack itself? We are using Sessstack primarily because they offer an excellent service level agreement which allows me peace of mind knowing my employees will be taken care off if something goes wrong down the line.
