I own 2, one fills up when using 2 cups flour. Serves 3-4 adults. When I make noodles, they are consumed same day. So drying time for me is short and never overnight. These are very sturdy and well made. Directions are not needed. It's intuitive.don't hesitate, don't waste money on high end Italian versions.Pro tip: put a little flour on the arms before you place noodles on them.
