hot garbage. These "pom poms" come in a stack of ten sheets of tissue paper, folded like an accordion. The kit includes a cable with no instructions on what to do with it. I tied and knotted the string around the center of the stack of folded tissue paper, then fanned out 5 sheets in each direction on either side of the "ball". 10 sheets of tissue paper are not enough to form a ball. The more you manipulate them and try to create a spherical shape, the more wrinkled and worn they look. So unless you're specifically trying to create sad decorations for a "sad themed" party, I would definitely avoid this product.
