A tear in your knee that isn't big enough to require surgery is a big deal. I refuse to give up my practice for something that won't go away even if I do, so I had to find something that would allow me to keep going. I've tried several knee pads with little success because they didn't work or were so uncomfortable I knew I wouldn't wear them. And then I found this one. THE BEST! It looks like a compression sleeve and the crossed straps are reminiscent of a physiotherapist's strap. Judging by how cheap it is, this product is proof that cost doesn't always reflect its value. I'm a walking advertisement because when people ask, I tell them how great it is. 100% glad I found it and tried it. Now I don't think about using anything else.
