Not bad, especially at a very reasonable price. I don't know why some people left such negative reviews. It definitely serves its purpose, I bought it to replace another of the same type because it had a tear that was gradually getting bigger. I also have the same blue one I've had for five years and it's still fine. I removed the door on it like some others, my cats don't like the door at all. Also, while doing business there, they will also get caught in a smoke trap. My smallest female can peel the paint off the ceiling when she leaves, hence one of the reasons for the closed trays. Also they prefer a bit of privacy when they are there and who can blame them, I don't want the audience playing tuba in the bathroom either. Some people don't like the latches that secure the lid to the pot, but I don't even bother with that. Since I take both boxes out every day, I just put the lids on without using the latches and they stay in place even when the cats sit on them. The only youngest son with them has a small raised spot of mold on the bottom of the pot right in the middle, but that's not too bad, I take them out with no problem. The front, where part of it sticks out a bit, can be a bit of a nuisance if that's where they pee, but scoop it to the side and it's no big deal either. Generally these are fine. For the price they are great. I personally can't justify paying a lot of money just for a poop box. If I need to replace another old one I will definitely buy one of these again. I hope someone finds this review a little helpful.
