This is a sports belt with a cup pocket. You will not make a fashion statement. Well maybe some of you can. I have the large one and it fits easily in the Shock Doctor Bio-Flex bowl. All straps are comfortable and don't pinch anywhere. I use this for Jiu Jitsu so there is a lot of movement and it stays in place very well. I wear them with compression shorts and I'm not worried about anything.
