Short story: I've been using this toothpaste for exactly 2 months and have had great results. Long story: I've always been skeptical of medicinal or beauty products. Nothing ever seems like a "magic bullet," which is why I hesitated when I saw a Japanese vlogger talk about Aparguard toothpaste and how much better it is than US toothpaste. So I decided to give it a try. Like other people, the first thing I noticed was that the occasional toothache and sensitivity was almost completely gone within a week of using the toothpaste. I haven't noticed much whitening (I drink a lot of coffee), but what I've noticed most dramatically is that the defect in the front of one of my front teeth is healing. Running my tongue across it used to feel like sandpaper, and it was very noticeable when I smiled. But now I have to focus to feel the stain with my tongue and it feels like a slight bump, barely noticeable and very smooth. In general, I'm very satisfied, and I don't care about the price. You definitely get what you pay for.
