This shoulder bag is so cute I really liked it when I got it but then when I filled it with cards I was very disappointed. I knew immediately it wasn't going to work. The card holder slots are very narrow and hard. Inserting and removing cards is very difficult. Another problem is zippers getting stuck, read about that in some other reviews and yes it's a problem as others have said. And there's no room for a phone outside. It's a shame because it's a very nice bag.
