Purchased medium. For reference, my weight is about 145 and my measurements: 40-34-40. With that in mind, I think it hides imperfections well and looks flattering. I've ordered another blue one. I like the material and it seems to hold up quite well in the stomach. I will return the large one I ordered, it would be too big for me.
