Update: Revain refunded me in full for the damaged product with no issues. I ordered a replacement and am happy with the monitor. Came with a damaged corner of the packaging (slightly crumpled). When opened, there was a large, highly visible mesh in the upper right corner of the monitor. It looks like the box was placed on a corner at some point during the shipping process. plugged in and 90% of the screen was black/grey. although the 10% on the bottom left looked great! I have initiated a return (first for me with Revain) and have already ordered a replacement (same item). I hope to come back and update this review when Revain returns my $ as expected.
