Headband does not fit
Headband does not fit. I bought a medium for my Shih Tzu. They weigh about 11 pounds each. The shirt fitted well, but the bandage fell off. It is as tight as possible and still too big. I don't know how they expect an adult headband to fit a small dog's head. The shirt is very cute.
