TL;DR: This switch works great! No noise! courting! LONG VERSION: I have up to 4 computers on my desk at all times and use KVM to switch between the monitor, mouse and keyboard. But the KVM sound is terrible and unusable. And in general, sometimes I want to hear sound without interruption, since I switch between tasks, between computers, and KVM does not. I don't have cheap speakers, I have reference level monitors (speakers). They're well built, well shielded, I can hear everything. I often think that negative audio reviews are due to using crappy speakers that create feedback loops. The only problem I have is my laptop. It outputs noise to all connected speakers. When connected to this audio switch, noise suddenly appeared on each channel. I added a ground loop isolator (ASIN B095RHGD1) to the laptop in front of the speaker wire that goes into this switch. no more noise Now only two computers are connected to it. I will have two more in the next few weeks. If anything changes I will update this review. I'm very satisfied, now I don't need to have extra cheap speakers on the table to connect to computers.
