After a few months of moderate use all the white lights on one of the lamps went out. It sounded like a traditional light outage. After having to send some videos of the problem to Neweer, I received an RMA to return the unit (at my expense) and was told I would receive an email from them once they tracked the unit with replacement - information would be received. UPS tracking shows they received the faulty unit on Monday. It is now Friday and after sending several emails asking for an update I have not received a response. In short, the hardware is unreliable. You pay significantly more than the advertised price if there is a problem. And you will have to contend with bad support if he decides to reply at all! This is not the company you want to do business with!
