After researching various atomizers we finally settled on this one as it was all metal and not plastic. For us, baby is #1, so we needed something that would last a few years. We've been using it for about a month or two and here are some thoughts on it: - Installation was easy. It took about 15 minutes in total. Just for your information. If the flexible tubing connecting the valve to the toilet tank is loose, it will be too long when the valve is attached from the sprayer. Therefore, a shorter flexible line is recommended for best results. I love how the holder attaches to the toilet lid and we don't have to drill into the wall. Easy to turn on and off. The knob to turn it on also controls the pressure, and the thing has LOTS of pressure. The limiting factor is that you don't want a big splash of dirty water, but even the most stubborn mess can't take the pressure. Speaking of on and off, my little fella hasn't figured out how to work with it (yet?) and it's quite a ways off, so I hope he never guesses. He removed the syringe from the handle several times, but there was not a single incident of flooding. He's only 14 months old though, so we'll see how long that takes. Overall, we really like this diaper dispenser for our cloth diapers. Of course, I have never tried any other model, but since I have no particular complaints about this one, I can recommend it with a clear conscience.
