Initially the instructions for syncing the controller with the Xbox were incorrect. Second, after a few days, it started losing connection to my Xbox. At first I thought my new batteries might be dying fast, but they still showed half the charge. then it started losing connection every minute or so. So now I'm sending it back. just printed a label. At first it looked like a dirty controller to me, but the one I got turned out to be junk.
