Nice, VERY bright LEDs, I opted for a 5v stand alone power supply and connected them to my Pi:Pico via SN74AHCT125N and 470 ohms of data. I'm used to NeoPixels from Adafruit and they have reversed JST connectors compared to other threads I've used. They also require "pixel_order=neopixel.RGB" in the NeoPixel constructor in Circuit Python; This is not a disadvantage, just something to be aware of. What I didn't like is that the pixels are bulky, there's an RGB LED, a PCB with a WS2811 surface mounted with pins, all in an epoxy block. This makes the final assembly about 2 times larger than old school mini Christmas garlands. I would also welcome more flexible wiring; what is provided is not terrible.
