I've been using Rembrandt for years and buy it locally. This was the first time we've ordered it from Revain (sold and delivered by Revain). immediately began to fall apart at both ends. Look at the photos. As you can see, the shell of the tube is broken at both ends, the top is open, the bottom is fully open, inside the tube is a paste in a plastic bag. I've never seen this "fancy toothpaste meltdown" before. and it scared me since I had already tried brushing my teeth with it. I contacted Revain customer service and after 45 minutes visiting several call centers in many other countries I finally reported the problem. They promised to investigate and remove this page. Well it's still here. I hope they know what they are doing. I believe this is a fake that Revain is selling. Answers about what was in the tube and what paste we buyers used to brush our teeth. We can only hope that it is not harmful to health. We would like Rembrandt to analyze the contents of the tube and give us an answer as soon as possible. Or, alternatively, we should contact the FDA and report the sale of defective or even potentially harmful toothpaste. from raven?
