Please read carefully! I ordered this charger and as usual it arrived within a few days. Immediately connected to the laptop and left alone. After about thirty minutes I opened the laptop and found that although the power button was on and Windows was up, it was running at about 4% and NOT charging. A popup appeared on my laptop saying I must use a charger that is at least 65W. It didn't charge my laptop or provide enough power to use it. I thought it was a 65w charger because it worked with my inspiron 15-5547. I returned it and asked for the money back into my account. Very unexpectedly I received another brand new charger in the mail from the seller within two days, I didn't even ask for a replacement! They sent me a new charger without asking! The new charger works, so apparently the first one was a lemon, which I don't blame them for. I didn't give them a five because it's frustrating to only get a product that doesn't work! But the company quickly returned!
