I bought this in 2020 to cool my 17 inch laptop. I have no complaints about its cooling performance. I wish the lights could be turned off because while they look cool, they aren't needed and can be a little distracting. It doesn't matter much. I wrote this review primarily to let everyone know what happened to the small foldable plastic spacers on the front of the cooler. They are thin and break. A week later another one left. Was this the end of this product? no I simply glued the piece back in place with Gorilla Glue and it was like new in 15 seconds. Now that the glue has stabilized the parts, they are much stronger than the original. They don't fold anymore, but I never folded the pieces anyway. I like that the fan speed is adjustable. And the fans are quiet. For the money, this is the best cooler I've found. It's not perfect, but it does what it's supposed to. It keeps my computer very cool.
