Seems to be for non-human primates or bone draggers. If your arms are about 6 feet long, this headband is for you. The shoulder strap goes over my shoulder and down my back almost to my elbow and I am an average height adult woman. The velcro is attached down the middle of my back, an inaccessible spot, especially while recovering from a fracture that is being treated with it. I bought this when my orthopedist suggested I get a better bandage than what the ER gave out, but at least it fits. Now look for a better alternative.
