2nd Degree Burn of Watch Buckle

I love my watch but recently I noticed a red spot on my wrist where the buckle on my watch is. At first I thought something had bitten me but it stays red and now I can't wear my watch because it's red and it's on fire and it's leaking water and I've found that I have a second degree burn on my wrist because of it got the watch buckle. !
