They don't squash like in the photo, they are very hard.
I wish they were really soft and flexible on the inside, but they are hard and thick on the outside and full of hard balls on the inside that are also hard. I have ligament pain and need soft balls to work my ligaments but it's too hard for me to squeeze them.
