Ideal for my billiard room! They were perfect for replacing some of the very cheap bar stools that came with the small bar table I had. The assembly was fine for someone like me who is used to putting things together. However, if you enjoy following instructions quickly and flying, good luck. For the first chair, it took me about 30 minutes to make sure I was doing everything right, step by step, without hesitation. The second chair took about 15 minutes as I knew the process and already knew what obstacles to avoid. They were worth every penny of the Amazon stock trade price I paid and then some!
