I have no doubt that this product was probably just defective but I can't rate the product due to my lack of experience so I have to rate it as 1 star . When you buy a mouse pad, you expect the entire surface to be flat and usable. However, this pad could only be used for the part of the area where I have a mouse. If I moved it outside of that region, it would miss and not track correctly. The G900 is surface tuned and works great on the SteelSeries QcK Heavy and Zowie GS-R HLTV, but I had some issues on that side. I just ordered a new Wraptor pad and it works great too. Unfortunately, the only time I had this problem was on Glorious. I liked everything else about it, although it's a shame it didn't work out because it seemed promising, except for this glaring issue. It appears to be a quality control case and possibly a very rare issue that no one else is aware of.
