I didn't like the packaging, but the product works perfectly

The ink cartridge was only sent to me in the box in which HP put the ink cartridge. I don't think this is the best way to ship such an expensive cartridge. It definitely had the potential for damage as it wasn't put in the extra box and packaging before shipping. I was lucky it didn't get damaged but I'm sure other people probably had different experiences and weren't so lucky. Without the packaging I would have given 5 stars.
