This is not free. The little ones fit me like a tight t-shirt. It doesn't hug the skin like many other really unflattering rash guards, but don't expect it to be loose at all unless you adjust it! I wear it over my bikini with Hurley shorts when I go to the pool. Mainly for protection from the sun, but also for modesty. For reference I have 34b and ordered a small one.
