Let me start by saying that my experience is just my experience. The suffering that happened despite reading the instructions and reviews; Maybe it's my inexperience. I must have sensitive skin because I often get punched in the face with MMA gloves and bare knuckles. I don't seem to bruise easily, at best I blush a little. But my experience with this device left me with severe bruising at skin level. Really dark purple and bruises spots and streaks all over the face. Everything on the lowest settings, this thing packs a punch! Maybe it's great for a splitter vacuum. I've been told that if I give a five star rating I'll get $20 (letter in the mail) but if I can save someone money and pain then that's more valuable to me.
