After using this product for 2 weeks I have definitely noticed an overall improvement in my oral health. I have gum problems, gingivitis. I have often seen bleeding on my pillowcase after waking up in the morning and brushing my teeth. This happened even with regular dental floss. After using this toothpaste, the condition of my gums has improved significantly and the bleeding has stopped significantly. I still see some slight gingivitis but I believe it will subside after a while. I also feel fresher in my mouth after a few hours of brushing. I definitely recommend this pasta over the usual stuff. To maintain good oral health, regular use of dental floss and water-based dental floss is always recommended along with using this type of xylotol-based toothpaste.
