My elbow pain has improved significantly in the last 3 days of using this product. It's easy to put on and adjust, comfortable enough (considering it needs to grab your hand to do any good) and so far I have no negative points. The price was very reasonable and it arrived quickly. It fits under the shirt and is invisible under the sleeve. It doesn't look bad in a short sleeve shirt. Now I can work in the garden and use my computer mouse for a long time. I used to be in a lot of pain. I take the brace off at night but sleep better because my elbow doesn't hurt when I try to sleep. As inexpensive as this product is, I would recommend trying it out if you have elbow/arm pain referred to as "tennis elbow" (lateral epichondrylitis - see if it affects you). ). You may find, like me, that this reduces pain (and I hope this allows the area to heal).
