Perfect for dresses! Cute, lightweight, stretchy nylon/lycra. Thick foot strap which is good for them to stay in place and not roll. I suggest buying a size up so they fit comfortably over underpants. The waist is a little small for the size of the foot. For the record, my daughter is 5 1/2, wears a size 6x and weighs 50 pounds. 46 feet tall
