Overall a good product but for the price it could be better in one key area. First the mounting plate and the bolt that attaches to the monitor to tilt it up and down. This part is already very tight, but even when a small monitor is placed on top of it, you turn the bolt even more so it seems like its rut is breaking out. Otherwise, your monitor will slowly tilt down. My 31.5 inch monitor still tilts over time. Aside from that one issue the product is very good but just make sure there is enough room at the back of your desk for your arm configuration or you will be limited in movement.
