Good quality. A slight adjustment is required for off-brand use.
Purchased for RadioShack Soldering Station. These replacement ear tips were recommended but are known to require slight adjustment for a better fit. All that was required was to slightly sharpen the end of the nozzle that fits the heating element, about 20,000. This ensures good conductivity between the tip and the heating element. After that, such tops will work normally.
