product and warranty disappointing
Will never buy HP again. I bought 3 of these for my kids to use for a school that is out of my control and my 8 year old daughter dropped them. I purchased a warranty through Revain but they said it was still under manufacturer warranty so I had to call HP. I called and was immediately told that her fall was out of warranty so I would have to pay $274 to have it fixed. Six weeks ago it cost me $375 to buy it. This is madness. That's why I bought an extra guarantee!
