Review on ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Adjustable Metal Laptop Stand and Monitor Riser - MONRISE-BLK, Silver with Black Top by Heather Schmidt

You might think that inserting 7 screws would be easy, but no.

First try to align the plates with the handle holes: The edges of the plates are not in line. On the second try, the bottom plate screws cannot be tightened: I learned that the height adjustment knob should face forward. On the third attempt to install the screws I reverted to having the bottom panel slightly diagonal to the top panel: so much for an elegant look! Don't forget to place the wrench under the top plate as you will likely need to tighten these very short screws on a regular basis. The screws are so short that it takes a little finesse to get them in place. The handle itself does not raise or lower the top plate; it only releases the stem for manual raising or lowering. All in all, a $20 plastic stand is a better deal. Can you guess where this item was made?
